New missionary parent

I am the parent of a missionary that will be serving in Bulgaria. Is there a forum on this site or another that parents can use to ask questions, talk to other parents, etc?

No, we don't have a forum on this web site solely devoted to missionary parents. You're best best is probably to just post any questions and discussions to the 'Newly Called' forum. I know that there are at least a few parents that regularly visit the forums, and we're just as glad to hear from them as we are from their missionaries.

Congratulations!  My wife and I will be interning in Bulgaria this fall semester of school.  We leave in a couple of days (Sep. 9) and get home Dec. 8.  I served there as a missionary from '03 to '05. 

We will be working in orphanages in rural areas of the country.  If you're interested in getting an American couple's perspective on life in Bulgaria (to perhaps put yourself at ease), you can follow us along on our journey via our blog.  It will be replete with photos, videos, and a good dose of humor as we try to adjust to life in a Bulgarian village, population 260.
