Bulgarian Imports

My wife found https://www.malincho.com/, which imports Bulgarian products, and was thrilled to be able to place an order for sirene, kashkaval, and liutenitsa, among other things (time for Moreni?).  If we lived closer, would have ordered some banitsa (regular, with spinach, and with pumpkin - no apple, though).

Haven't received anything yet - probably will be another week or two before it arrives.  Thought some others out there who are 'mission'-sick might enjoy checking it out.

Malinchos is really good.  I've never had a problem when I've orderd from them.

Another GREAT place to get Bulgarian things is bbsproduce.com.

And FYI, if you are interested my friend Kate at www.martenitsi.com and
www.martenitsa.com is selling GREAT martinetzi again this year.  She has them made by a Baba in Stara Zagora.  I've given them away to firends for the past couple of years with a story about martinetza and it's always a hit.
