Nauvoo is now Losing the Vote!  HELP!

As you may have heard, The Illinois Tourism Department and ABC7Chicago are promoting a "Seven Wonders of Illinois" vote on the internet. Nauvoo is in the Western Region. Until yesterday Nauvoo had a comfortable 39% of the vote.  Although other Illinois sites were gaining, Nauvoo looked like it was out in front to stay.... Until last night...

Remember YOU CAN VOTE DAILY!  I have heard from many in the Nauvoo community that this vote is very important to them.

Yes, show your love for my state.  Of course, I voted for Nauvoo.  Maybe we can have an unofficial mission reunion in Nauvoo some day.  In July, the Nauvoo City of Joseph Pageant is a Mormon Magnet and LDS from all over come visit.  If any of you are coming out this way and want me to meet you, e-mail me.  I live by St. Louis, which is the closest major airport, and 3.5 hours south of Nauvoo.  Yes, Chicago is not a direct route to Nauvoo.  From STL to Nauvoo, it's an easy drive up along the Mississippi River.
