Thank you for your suggestions. As far as solutions, I have looked at each one.
1. The best way to answer this is to encourage RMs to publish their mission information (presidents, companions, areas, dates) in their Profile Signature. On the actual web site, the RM database will include search functions for such information.
2. It
IS possible to add a Skype section; however, after spending over 2 hours looking for a solution, editing PHP code and not getting intended results, I must say that this will require another attempt. I am looking for a quicker solution, such as a Skype plugin. Here is the method I tried,

3. I activated this function: 'Do not reveal contact details of members to guests'. So only registered users will be able to see your e-mail info; guests/outsiders will only see 'hidden'. This solves half the problem, hiding your e-mail from spammers, but the other half, creating an automated email form is something I have not figured out yet.
