Note for Elder Jernigan (2005-2007?)

I was recently at a Sofia District Conference and was given a note for Elder Jernigan who I believe served from 2005 to 2007.  If anyone knows his whereabouts, please pass on the following note to him written and given to me by Kiril Zlatanov, a recent convert.

Hello Jernigan,

How are you? I am very pleased that I have the opportunity to write this note to you.  I remember the summer of 2005 in Sofia when I met you and Elder Pace Jackson, your companion.  I later became very good friends with him.  He is a wonderful young missionary. I met his family and was there to send them off to the airport on May 15, 2007.

Now I am the president of the Elder's Quorum in the Center Branch in Sofia.  I visited the temple in Germany and immediately after I returned I received my patriarchal  blessing from Thomas Rodgers on December 2, 2007.  If you have the time, write me.  My address is:
